Were you not able to register for the SNES Spring Conference, but want to attend the final session? Register below!
In June, around 370 million voters in 27 countries have the chance to cast their vote in the unique election to the European Parliament. The EU has the last years operated in an increasingly uncertain world, facing economic, security, climate, and health issues. How will these developments impact the upcoming election, and how will the outcome of the election impact the future of Europe?
These issues will be discussed by a panel of experts on 22 March, 13:15 - 15:00, in Edens hörsal at the Department of Political Science (Allhelgona Kyrkogata 14, Hus H, Eden). The panel will consist of:
Cecilia Malmström (Former EU Commissioner and Senior Fellow PIIE)
Jonathan Polk (Professor in Political Science, Lund University)
Linda Berg (Senior lecturer in Political Science, University of Gothenburg)
Valentin Kreilinger (Senior Researcher in Political Science, SIEPS)
The session is moderated by Louise Bengtsson (Deputy director, SIEPS).
Please note that registration for the session is mandatory if you are not already registered for the SNES Conference.
The session is co-organized by the Department of Political Science, Lund University, the Swedish Network for European Studies in Political Science (SNES), the Swedish Institute for European Policy Studies (SIEPS), and the Centre of European Studies at Lund University.
